I have employed the services of this company twice. First for my snowblower and the last for my lawnmover. Regarding my snowblower, the owner Paul came as scheduled and pickup my snowblower and repaired it. Since it was passed the manufacturer's warranty, he on his own, contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and successfully got concession from them to my benefit. On top of that, he completed the repairs and serviced the machine, thus going over and beyond what I expected. He even provided me with advice that would help to prevent future problems with my machine. I was impressed. It is rare these days to find someone that really tries to please a customer, who has pride in their workmanship and truly loves what they are doing.

I was so please with the work done on my snowblower, that I returned and had my lawnmover repaired that would not start. Again I was not disappointment. Not only was it successfully repaired and completely re-serviced, but he even patched up a large hole in the grass-catch baskett of the lawnmover. Again he impressed me with going over and beyond what I expected. He even gave me advice that would prevent further damage to my lawnmover. Yes, I would highly recommend this repair shop.

I don't know what anyone is talking about on this website but this man has the best work around. He takes pride in ur machine and he is a warranty company for Powersmart, caterpillar, MTD, Husqvarna, Cub Cadet, Briggs & Stratton, and Generac. He warranties all these comapanies in the tri-state area and New York. He's been in business for 50+ years and one man says everything is broken inside the building, it's a repair shop that fixes machines. What if u walked into a shop and saw nothing in there? Wouldn't u turn right around...so u guys decide if it's a good place to go to.

Most horrible experience ever. Biggest lazy liar don't know how he's still in business wound up taking back my snowblower after a month he had the balls to charge me $100. For labor he claimed he looked at it. Stay away from this rude no tooth one leg M. F.

WHERE do I begin. We brought our power washer to this "Generac repair Center" and upon arriving....you got to be kidding me. This place reminded me of an off woods "Jack of ALL Trades, Master of None" garage. They had SO many busted power equipment that it looks like they know what they are doing, but I don't think a hammer and a screw driver banging on a poor customers snow blower wood be appreciated. Being VERY hesitant, we left our power washer since he was listed as a "Generac" service center and our equipment was under warranty so how bad could it be? Let' s say 4 months and 2 weeks our power washer was at this jokers garage. We would call almost every two weeks and the clown would tell us a nice joke informing us that our power washer was next to be looked at. This went on till yesterday 9-28-2014, when we had ENOUGH of this jokers lies and picked up our equipment. In his lies (as he's pretending to work on a lawn mower) he's yelling saying he was trying to call us and that our product wasn't registered properly and that we had neglected to inform him about that. Well, let's see I told the joker, you had my equipment since May 2014 and you couldn't inform us about that then?!?!? Silence came from the Clown...He then went to the back where our power washer was buried under, gave it to us which was FULL of oil and crap on it and we parted ways.

I cannot warn you enough...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

I called the BBB and Gernerac filling complaints. Hopefully he will be out of business soon!!!!!

Very poor customer service. Slow service. I would advise anybody and everybody to stay away from this place.

Alert ! Do not even dare to be close of this pseudo-repair place. They will keep your stuff until you give them a estimate fee that never was said to you before or warned you. Be careful they will rip you off. their modus operandi is they said they need to keep your machine even for little things so evident that you are telling them in advance, even though they will insist to keep and call you and a few days. They do not. Once you show up and ask, they gill give the highest estimate like buying a new one. If you say you will retrieve it. They will ask you to pay $ 20 when you have not been warned about it. they kept my lawnmower.

The worst place to have your snowblower or lawn mower fixed very nasty and he does not fix anything to factory spec. i would never bring anything there to be fixed again!!! and he never gives a Receipt i would not trust him
