worst deliver company ever! late for 5 days, dispatcher has all the reasons in the world, truck was stalled, truck got stuck in traffic, truck got broken.... all the reasons. They called our office Wed for Thursday delivery, end of day of thursday, delivery did not come, when we call them for follow up, dispatcher said it was not scheduled for delivery. It was expected to be delivered tuesday of that week. They are already 2 days late, and on thursday, we are not yet on their schedule. requested a friday delivery and they gave us all the reasons about their truck.... Item was delivered monday the following week. Delivery man complaining that he has no ramp and he does not want to put it inside our facility. we are street front...and he wants to leave package outside street. requested just to put it inside. he does not need to put inside classroom. just right at front of our entrance that we are requesting. He demanded help from our staff to carry package from his truck. We are left with no option but to do it. after that he left all garbage, tapes, excess box, trimmings, etc... at our sidewalk front! (note: we did not open package yet so all he left was his garbage! ) it is a huge white board we ordered.
