My daughter loved her Frozen cake! Hala was great to work with. The cake tasted wonderful and it looked even better!!

Too much to say in one comment. She wanted to charge me almost 500 for one layer of real cake. The year before I was charged 250 for 4 tiers which was reasonable. Very rude customer service. Instead of helping me the head worker kept looking at me funny because I was trying to compromise and come up with ideas.I should've listened to my friends when they said expect a disinviting attitude from this place. Really disappointing. Although good at what they do, no one likes bitter people or to feel uncomfortable when just ordering a cake.

The worse place I placed an cake order with them and confirmed a day before the day of my party the cake was not made their excuse was they mis read my message do not use them it's their job to confirm the day of my party they tell me they forgot to make the cake horrible customer service bad business
