These people have no clue how to manage properties. They do not "maintain" properties and that becomes clear as issues are presented, ignored by the company over and over again until the issue runs up a cost of thousands of dollars. They up your dues and promise there will not be another increase until the loan is paid off then immediately turn around and take away (while not maintaining) amenities and spend carelessly. Worse company I've dealt with in a span of 30 years.

They are the worst property management
I had to sell my condo because of a poor maintenance don’t buy property they manage !!!
