Provided by YP.comI went Looking For Emmanuel Baptist Church at 372 West St, Keene, NH 03431 as I Just Live a Few Blocks From The West Street Location.
When I got to this address there was no Church and None of The Business there Never Heard of Emmanuel Baptist Church . I Have been calling the 603-357- 1036 almost around the clock for days and all I keep getting is a Busy Signal.
So IMHO save yourself the trip cause there is no Emmanuel Baptist Church at 372 West St, Keene, NH 03431.
Either they are a Fraud or I Honestly Don't why a Church would have a website to a Church that was Never Even On That Street Address.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I left this church approx 8 months ago. At first the Preacher was excellent and did a great job and we felt the holy spirit there. But, since some newer members came aboard that have money and don't mind telling anyone that they are paying for this for the church and that. The spirt there has gone down hill. It is heartbreaking to see. This person also teaches Sunday School and now that is a joke. Everyone thinks it is boring to hear this person drone on and on about nothing about the Bible but more about a good math lesson. The only reason no one complains is because they do not want to upset him so he leaves since he pays for alot at the Church. And sad to say the Pastor feels the same. This is no longer a God run church, but the people run the church and the pastor. And the pastor sits back and lets it happen since he enjoys his salary. He is afraid of upsetting anyone. We have small children and felt it best to leave since I did not want my children to see how the grown ups at this church act and grow up to be like them. I felt badly for older people and the single people of the church. We have small children but if you didn't you were nothing. I saw this over and over with the Pastors Wife and most of the other members. They never stopped to think to say an encouraging word to one of these folks. I always tried to because someday I will be older. Pastor always preached a great message, but does he live it??? Which is most important I am sorry to say no...not anymore since he allows other people to control him instead of God. When we decided to leave the church he called our new pastor to warn him about us. Wow can you believe it? Is that how God would handle it? Eventually our new Pastor told us that and we just all stopped and smiled and said a prayer for you Pastor. That is not the way God would have handled a family leaving their church. To call the new church to warn them. I will always continue to keep you and your church in our prayers and I pray soon that you will seek God's guidance and approval and not people. God Bless!
