I can not say enough good things about Creekside Veterinary Clinic, the doctor, and her entire staff. We are the owners of several “exotic” pets, which are difficult to find veterinary care for in the Salem/Keizer OR area. We were referred here, by another local vet, with an emergency situation with our hedgehog. They were very close to closing time on a Saturday, and not able to schedule our hedgehog in until Tuesday morning. In talking with the doctor, she felt our pets situation was too urgent to wait and me bring her in right away. Her and her staff stayed open, after hours, long enough for me to drive 11 miles across town and spent nearly an hour caring for our pet. I highly recommended this veterinary clinic, and can not thank the doctor and her staff enough for making special accommodations for me.

In past years we've had several pets and seen several different vets. In our opinion, none of them were honest until we met Dr. Williams. He is top notch, honest, kind, sincere and never makes you feel rushed. His diagnosis is always right on and you get immedicate results. He comes highly recommended and absolutely we cannot let him retire. His staff is kind, friendly and helpful and will get you in as soon as you call without hesitation. Dr Williams and his staff work together and make a great team!

I have been very happy taking my dog and cats to Dr. Williams for many years. He is very skilled, knowledgeable and honest. His staff is always warm and supportive too. They are also good at giving you options and letting you be involved in the decision. It is easy to make appointments and I appreciate that they are able to get my kitty in right away when he was sick. After I took my kitty home, I received phone calls to check on him and make sure he was feeling better. (He is doing 100% better now!) I recommend Dr. Williams and Creekside Veterinary Clinic to all my family and friends.

We are new to the area and I was trying to find a Vet. I wanted to come in to you because it dosent look like you are with a big group of Vets. I want more of a one-on-one it seems more of a personal touch. You should post your hours. I need a Vet and its Sat. If you had your hours on the message phone or on line I could have been in to see you.
