Responsive and friendly! A few days ago, I called DC Taxi at 2 in the morning after Salem Yellow Cab provided us the worst customer service I've ever seen. DC Taxi was there in ten minutes, when Salem Yellow Cab couldn't be there in over an hour. Then, 10 minutes after I got home, the DC Taxi dispatcher who I had explained my situation to, called to ensure that we had made it home. DC Taxi will be the only taxi service I use in the Salem area from here on out, and I strongly recommend them.

DC taxi will be my only cab company from now on. Always really fast, and super friendld drivers and dispatch. Every experience with Yellow cab has been horrible and every experience with DC has been wonderful.

Wonderful fast, reliable! I have used yellow cab and Amanda's, but this guy rocks! I will use them exclusively from now on!
