I had a very good experience with keizer chapel. They took care of a lot of details. Prices are very resonable.

I have NO good things to say about this place. I lost my sister which is hard enough to deal with, but seeing her in the open casket was almost like looking at a stranger in there. She looked almost nothing like she did in real life. Make up, hair. but on top of that, they have necklaces displayed in the lobby where you can get a loved ones fingerprint engraved in the necklace. NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO KNOW ANYTHING about this! I have called at least 10 times to ask about ordering and prices. Im so frustrated! I even asked if they would release her fingerprint to me so I can make them myself. And no one there knows anything about that. VERY un professional! I would never ever suggest this establishment for my friends or family.
