Both people who attempted to help me were woefully unqualified to answer my questions, and unprofessional in general. Every time I have been there, I'm the only car in the parking lot. I'm beginning to see why.

I was so happy to see this place open up in Keizer! I'm an activity director at a nursing home and used to have to go to South Salem for supplies. The staff has always been very helpful and if they didn't have what I needed, always found somplace that did. That's excellent customer service and I recommend them highly!!

Horrible customer service!

Don't give this store any of your money! Their unprofessional staff are completely devoid of customer service skills - managers included. I visited only to place a helium balloon order. The clerk/cashier didn't know how to take my order and as the line checkout line grew the credit card machine also went down. 20 minutes later the boy told me I could leave my paper order and pay when I picked them up. This was unfortunately lie. Thankfully I called before my pickup date and was told that I had to pay first.

These balloons were destined for an event that required one balloon at twenty different tables. As I set up for my party I realized that the store had shorted me one balloon but it was too late for me to go back since my guests were arriving. I called the manager who was less than professional and offered no solution. I asked for at least a store credit for the inconvenience - but suprisingly never received it! I will NEVER go back to this store! Thank you for ruining my event Keizer Party Mart!
