#1: I thought, "keep it local"...."keep it in Keller" This place sucks all kinds, of embroidery.

#2: I clearly wrote the name out that I wanted embroidered. Was it done correctly? No (oh and I did even spell the name on the tag of the jacket too, just in case)! How hard is it to read what your employee wrote down?
#3: was it done when promised? Of course not! They told me Friday. On Monday afternoon I called and they said Tuesday. On Tuesday I called to confirm they said Wednesday. Went in Wednesday and 2 of the 4 items were miss spelled. They said to come Thursday afternoon, they would do it first thing. I called Thursday afternoon and they said Friday morning! Friday afternoon, still not done. I'm sitting here in the business writing this horrible review, figured if they waste my time I'll be honest about their work!! (Seriously that was true on the number of attempts to get my items.)
#4: quality, they just brought out the item, fraying!!!! Nope, send it back. Do it again!
