So I called them ahead of time because it is a rainy day and I wanted to find out if they were open and had free vacuums because all other car washes with free vacuums that I know of are closed . I asked specifically if vacuuming would be free without a purchase of a wash and they told me that it was . Come to find out when I get there, that you actually have to purchase a wash to get the vacuum for free and I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get to this place . He misinformed me and I wasted My time .

They knocked off my tail light and had the audacity to say that it was my fault. I asked if they would check the cameras for proof and they refused. Hugo has no idea on how to handle customer service. After me there was a customer (who ironically came in to my job and I helped him out) who got their side mirror knocked off also! They gave him no issues when it came to getting it fixed. So me and Hugo had some words after that after he repeatedly said it was my fault (because 75mph winds can't do any damage to plastic). As nice as the car wash is, and good of a job they as they do, to have not properly handled the situation or even make an effort to fix it. I can't recommend this place to anybody. I wouldn't treat my customers that way.
