Pizza Hut Fumble

I just had a ridiculous interaction with a very poorly trained staff. Carryout order was not in their system when I arrived to pickup. They insisted I called a different store until I showed them the call. No apologies just asked if I wanted to recorder and wait. No offer for a discount for wasting my time and arguing with me about whole fault it was. And finally no order as I walked out. Please train your teenage staff a bit better or will continue to lose customers

Carry out Customer

The last two time I called in an order for carry out I have had issues. On the first visit they just forgot to make my order so once I arrived I had to wait 20 + minutes to get my pizza. Then on the next time I called in an order everything but my wings were made. Instead of waiting on them to make the wings I was given a refund on the wings. Also, the last two orders have been very skimpy on toppings.
