Steel Lock Foundation Repair
700 California Trl, Keller, TX 76248
When lifting and/or stabilizing your homes foundation, each steel pier is hydraulically driven under the foundation grade beam until solid rock is reached or complete refusal is reached. Our multiple lift "Steel Lock" system, is capable of lifting over 500,000 pounds (250 tons). Each steel pier is electrically welded in place and all welds are full-penetration welds. We never substitute with cheaper materials or use flimsy steel cables or shims like others do.
Our "Steel-Lock" pier system is also backed by our Transferable Warranty.
