The front desk woman is extremely incompetent, and has has messed up my appointments 3 times now. I've been there about 5 times now, and it's a Bad experience every time.

The nurse needs to iust retire, she has the personality of a wet mop and the occupational therapist is a joke. Seriously don't pick these people to assist your loved ones or yourself
