Very poorly run bank. High school grads at best working at this branch. They lack any professional skills one associates with a major bank - or a local bank of any size.



Rudeness by omission. No greetings, no chit-chat during a transaction, not even a response to my own idle talk - no 'have a good day', 'thank you for your business', not even an 'F U', which is what one leaves feeling one has just received.



I'm old enough to have been around the country, with countless banking interactions, but this one needs some serious management and training overhauling. Apparently, if you've not grown up here, they don't want you around.
