My mother lived at the Crawford House for 6 years. I looked around at every place in the area and felt they were too big and loud for my mom's comfort. She was just another number. The staff is unmatched to the competitors. They are like family and have been amazing in their care for mom until the day she passed. I would reccomend the Crawford House any day to anyone. This is one place you don't have to worry if your loved ones are being treated the way you would if you were there. They also worked with us on the price so that mom would not have to move.. just ask! While mom's health declined more and more, it was comforting to know she didn't have to move. While the other places would have kicked her out if she became incontinent. Good things to know for anyone looking.Nursing homes are a lot more expensive and if you can be proactive and realize moms needs are higher than you can handle, do assisted living! It's the best thing we could have done for our family. Visits were better,
