I smelled natural gas and had the gas company come out first and the tech diagnosed them problem as a bad ingiter in the furnace and advised me to call furnace repair service. I call Custom Heating & Cooling and told them the problem, gave them the model number so they could be sure to bring the correct part. They were at my house within 3 hours of my original call and did not charge me for the diagnostic. The service was prompt and the technician was courteous and professional. I will be signing up with them for my annual maintenance.

I was having problems with my heat pump. I called Custom Heating and Cooling. They came out that same day and found a few problems. They even checked to see if the system was still under warranty, wich I didn't even think of since I bought the house with the system in it. I was impressed with the fast service and the friendly staff. I've had no problems since. I am already recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks
