I have had the opportunity to go to Dick Hannah Toyota a couple of times. The first was when purchasing a car. My experience was less than satisfying. Delay after delay in waiting for my car and finally I just cancelled the sale. They gave me the run around while pricing my trade in as well. The next time was when I went to service a vehicle. The parts prices were 10 to 20 percent higher than Portland prices. They did match the price but had to be reminded after i received the bill for the wrong amount. Also service failed to return calls when they said they would.

If you are looking to buy car, ask for Frank! He is the most helpful, friendly person! He will make sure you are happy with the vehicle and work with you on everything! Thank You Frank for such a GREAT experience. Dick Hannah is so lucky to have you!

I was down at the dealership and Frank Occhipinti was extremely helpful, I felt as though he gave me personal service and was very friendly. I haven't had many pleasant experiences at car dealerships in the past, but this visit was great and I plan on buying my next car at Dick Hannah!

My experience with Dick Hannah Toyota was absolutely awesome! They worked my deal with me over email/phone, and then picked me up in Vancouver and drove me to the store. I was driving out with my new vehicle about an hour later. Definitely check them out, ask for Myke or Rob, and you will not be disappointed. Thanks guys!~
