We've had Matt's Custom Meats doing all of our beef processing for years (30+ per year.) Their packaging and customer service is the best we have found. We won't use anyone else!

Do not trust this butcher. I dropped of a beautiful elk. My order at pick was short a tenderloin and an entire backstrap. After trying to blame me. Mat mysteriously tells me he found another bin of my meat. The above pictures are of the first cuts I pocked up and the stuff he tried to pass off as elk meat. Beware. I'm still short 50lbs of meat.

Top notch custom meat packer. Packaging is vacuum packed, cuts are done as requested. Cutting done in a timely manner. Facility is clean and modern. Highly recommended.
