I'm very upset with NW Storage. I had a unit at 1699 S 13th Kelso, WA. I was planning to go get my things 8/16. l did not pay 5/16 but I left my contact infor. 4/16 with a Call Center rep. I called the last week of 5/16. I spoke to TIANNE manager for NW STORAGE. She said, she could not legally auction my unit until it has been in lean for 30 days. I called 6/24 to pay. Tianne stated my unit was auctioned off 6/21. I was in shock. I spoke to the District Manager-Laura. She listened and was empathtic I informed her one of the last statements Tianne made. She said, your unit is not to be Auctioned off until 7/21/16 If you want to make your payment in June that's on you? What does that mean? Why was my unit auctioned off 6/21, I told Tianne she had contradicted herself and she hung up the phone. Laura-the district manager is trying to get me my photos and important documents. Don't rent with Kelso NW Storage! I paid on that storage from 10/13-4/16. For more info. call 832-918-6715.
