Exceptional experience all the way around. Looking for a trailer go in and ask for Ed. He was amazing, answered every question more than once. He was great with our two littles, they just adore him. Please if youve thought about going to check out their inventory do it! The entire staff was amazing will recommend them every single time

We stopped at this RV Center after having an unexpected blowout on our tow behind trailer on the way to Florence Oregon Sand Dunes. We had all three of our boys with us ages seven, two, and two months. Having a blowout is a stressful thing without adding the elements of three small children. We needed a small part which we were able to locate and purchase at this RV Center very easily thanks to the staff and they're amazing help. They also offered us to fill up our tire that was just replaced with air which was fantastic cause it saved us a stop at a gas station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place because they care about customers

Once again Valley Pools is on their "A" game. James opened up our pool today. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and downright nice! He did a great job!

I brought my ice cream van here fully expecting to spend $800+ on fold out steps? But due to the vans construction which is different from a R.V. it was not to be? if attempted the steps would not support the constant use weight wise I was told! They could just as easily outfitted me with such a thing as I'm pretty ignorant myself about such things? So instead a platform leg folding step for a total Bill of only $105. even though these folks here could not help me they were honest with me and saved me money? If I ever evolve to a camper or food trailer I certainly will buy it here? I'm very impressed with their Honesty! ''Thank you''

From the second we got to U-Neek, our experience was awesome. We were introduced to Fred, our salesman and he took great care to listen to our needs and to show us everything we wanted to see. He was extremely thorough. Everything from browsing, to signing on the dotted line was a pleasure and completely seamless. This is the seventh trailer that we have purchased from a dealer and by far the best experience we've had. You've earned a customer for life. Thank you, U-Neek!

we picked up our trailer and again Ralph was there to assist us in doing our first ever travel trailer hookup, giving us helpful hints as we progressed. We found the experience working with Ralph to be excellent. No pressure! No BS! Encouraged us to check with the Nissan dealer about our truck's towing capabilities without trying to sell us based on his 'opinion' or working knowledge of our truck. We continue to work with U-Neek RV for our trailer needs and will be back this winter to have it winterized by their staff even though it is a 150 mile round trip for us. And let us not forget, the selling price of our trailer was extremely fair and lower than other dealers that we checked pricing with.

I wanted to take the time to describe our family's experiences at U-Neek RV center and especially the sales consultant that patiently assisted my family. The whole experience was a very enjoyable and relaxing, at no time did we feel that we were under any pressure from Ralph in making a decision to buy from them. My family fIrst stopped at U-Neek RV center in the spring of 2009 and looked at several trailers. Ralph Lessante was the sales consultant that showed us around the sales lot and answered many question over a period of a couple of hours. Our fmal decision at that time to not purchase a new trailer was made only due to the economy and uncertain times

It was a pleasure talking on the phone and personally meeting you during the past few days while we were in your establishment looking for a trailer for our needs. Everyone on staff was very friendly and courteous with us and we appreciate the service. our salesman helping us and he remembered us when we were in about two years ago looking for the first time. Events and family health issues stopped us from continuing our search. We were pleased that he worked with us and found him very polite, informative, respectful, and honest with us. He has a great sense of humor and was easy to talk with. We felt he was willing to do his best for us. The trailer we bought is exactly what we were looking for and we know we will have great times and good memories in it. When we find we might out grow it and consider an upgrade, we will definitely be back and ask to help us again. Again, thanks to all at U-Neek for making our purchase a pleasurable experience.
