The first time I went here and bought a car I was told if I made my payments on time, after 6 months, I could go back and trade that vehicle for the one I really wanted. I made my payments on time and when I went back after 7 months that didn't happen and I was very angry. I attempted to contact them by email and got no response. It has now been 20 months and I went back to see if I could trade in the vehicle for one I really wanted and this time I was able to, in fact I was treated very well and my interest rate went from 25% to 3.25%. I got the vehicle I really want and as long as this vehicle runs good I don't have to put a bunch of money into it for repairs, I am a very happy customer! And I apologize to Derrick!
