They jerked us around for 4 months getting our jet skies fixed. Finally, I had to order parts MYSELF from the manufacture, and bring them to the shop. It was just one thing after another. It would take forever for the owner to return our calls - or he never would. He was never at the shop when I went to check on the jetski's. We were not satisfied at all, and will never use them again. We have told everyone we know NOT to use them. We missed so much of our summer since we could not ride them. I cannot say how displeased we are with the way we were treated and how long it took for us to get them repaired and back to us. Finally we took them, with the hoods not painted, since we had to wait so long on the paint and we wanted them for Labor Day weekend. After the weekend, we had to bring them back to get painted. Finally after that they were done. We hope all who read this, take warning, and take your boat/jet skies ANYWHERE else.
