Provided by YPmobileFood was not even close to bbq the brisket was flavorless need smoke and salt. The fried okra was not even good it was not crispy like you would expect fried okra be. My wife ordered chicken fried steak and she said it was all right but she saying right away when we walked up it was not a barbecue place. I don’t know about the steaks put a barbecue at this place is not worth a second trip to and I live in Texas I’ve had Texas barbecue this was not anything close to being Tx bbq. I didn’t even see one small drone the place where you would make brisket or anything considered actual barbecue the brisket tasted like they roasted it in the pan in the oven.

Provided by YP.comThis place goes through a lot of management.
Food has been consistently above par for the last 10 years.
It is kid friendly and everybody loves the bands.
Same menu, no disappointments.
Come early for the good parking; if not, the food is worth the wait.
Great atmosphere.

Provided by YPmobileMy favorite thing still are the Armadillo Eggs. I have been here more than 10 times in 2015 and never got close to getting rude staff. Attentive and look you in the eye. Place gets busy so you may have to wait. But they have 3 or 4 bars so it goes by fast. Inside quiet and outside is more festive than usual. Coconut shrimp is also yummy.

Provided by YPmobileand overpriced. Chicken tasted like propane. Steak tasted good, but they cut it completely in half, to test it maybe? Worst thing was the atmosphere: Full-on overhead lighting, plastic glasses and tablecloths, poorly painted advertising on the chair backs. Noisy! Bad acoustics made everything echo. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Provided by YPmobileThey have these things called armadillo eggs and they r to die for. They r like a pulled pork sandwich and a jalapeño inside a fried crust. AMAZING! They were on diners drive ins and dives too! Guy's face is spray painted on their wall! I would so recommend it.
