Won’t allow refunds if an item isn’t worn. Tried to exchange and I was given a gift certificate. Then as I was in my car the owner comes out and says she can’t do a gift certificate after it was given to me. She thinks she’s to good to do that with her uppity attitude. Never heard of such behavior from a store owner before. I will never go there again. Everything was great until then. I know is a small apparel store. I never did see anyone buying clothes the three times I’ve been there. Now I know why.
