My name is Victoria gunnels. I am currently married to the owner of J&H Disposal. I had a breakdown and took off. He has never abused me and these are false claims. We are going through a divorce but he has always been there to support me and his family. He works hard for what he does to support. Everything that has happened to his company is my fault for not running stuff correctly. This is a good company and they do pick up and run on time as long as there's not a holiday that day. He's a good guy just give him a chance.

Very polite driver quick and on time and got a roll-off box to me fast. They do a great job picking up my regular trash as well.

If I could give them a zero I would. They constantly failed to pickup my trash. Often missing me for weeks in a row. I strongly recommend using a different service.

Terrible. Only picked up twice then failed to pick up after promising they would (used new driver as an excuse). But still had the gall to send service bill for the next month. AND sent service bills for months in which we did not even have service with them yet.
Also never returned calls after we left several messages.

Awful so far! We have had them for three weeks now and the first two our trash was picked up as scheduled. I was told they would send me a first bill. I never received a bill and they did not pick up my trash. I called over thirty times and have left at least 10 voice messages. My husband got a hold of them over an hour ago and the lady told him she would get right back with him she promised. Guess what?!? I haven't heard back and I have called at least six times in that hour and left at least three messages. Never in my life have I encountered such unprofessional behavior!

I have had this service for months, when I get a bill I pay the next round number up and never get a credit for the change. Also I pay the bill and they don't pick up my trash! The guy drives by stops then leaves without even getting out! They spill trash and leave it in the yard. I have called and called, but nobody answers and I do not get a return call even after leaving several messages a week! Don't waste your time or money on a service so unreliable!

A great company very reasonable people and a reasonable rates.

I often have to call to question why my trash was not picked up. My trash is left out on the curb until the next trash pickup day sometimes but my bill remains the same. I have over paid in hopes to start a credit so that when I need to I can pay for several billing periods at once. They pocket what little I have paid over and do not credit my account. But their rates are reasonable.

Have called for new service for over a week. All you get is a recording and no return call. I guess you have to hijack their truck if you happen to see it for service. don't waste your time with these deadbeats.
