Eddie and the guys are super awesome! they always do a phenomenal job and stick by the warranties! I go to them for all my auto needs! highly recommended for quality work at reasonable prices!

I have gone to AutoTrendz for a few things and have sent family there for some of their own needs…after my last interaction…NEVER AGAIN…



So here's the timeline of the ‘straw that broke the camels back’...



Dec 28...pay for a radio/head unit along with labor costs, necessary wiring, dash and mount kits...schedule appointment for Monday, Jan. 16th. In the appointment field the receipt states 'DROPPED FOR THE DAY'.



Jan. 16...I leave at 9:30 a.m. to drop off my car (AutoTrendz is ~3 min from my house). While on way I see I have a voice mail that was left at 9:20am. It’s from AutoTrendz stating that I am late for my 9 a.m. appointment so I will now have to reschedule. Surprised, I call and state who I am and that I wasn't aware I was scheduled for a set appointment time.



I was then told, "Well, there's no one here."



Now going from being surprised to being confused…after an awkward pause I said, "I’m sorry, then what number am I calling?"



Response, "Well there's no one here to do the install. We aren’t really open for the day."



Now more confused than ever, I respond, "But I have an appointment for today, set up as ‘DROPPED FOR THE DAY’."



AutoTrendz worker’s response, "Well we were doing this as a courtesy. We’re not open for business today."



So let me get this straight…3 weeks ago I purchase a car stereo, wires, etc. I schedule the appointment at the time of the purchase. Appointment is set as ‘DROPPED FOR THE DAY’ on a day that they’re there…but not really there??!!??!?!!?



At the time purchase, NONE of this was told to me. And because I did not get there at a time chosen without my consent, discussion, or request….I have to reschedule…and this was all a courtesy to me!?!?!?!??



HUH!!!



Come on guys…what kind of local/small business is this? Personally I very much prefer to give my business to the local/small places...and I have written positive online reviews for quite a few of them, because I want them to succeed. I care about my town and the businesses in it.



But AutoTrendz…sorry, but you blew it. No way I will ever send any of my or anyone else’s business your way. And I will gladly be posting this review in as many other online places I can find…just like I do for the places I like…unfortunately, you aren’t one of them.



To wrap it up…after thinking about re-scheduling…I decided will be going to AutoTrendz one more time…to get a full refund on my last ever purchase from their establishment.
