I was a regular customer for years. I sat and waited over 2 hours and person after person got called before me. Fake apps where to blame when I asked why they got called back. Then I asked for a discount for waiting so long and one worker was very rude and slapped a bill down to the lady doing my nails to give her extra money since I asked for a discount! I will never go back... they did a poor job anyway!

I will never step foot in this place again. (after being a regular customer for over 2 years) Lousy service, lousy customer service from manager. After getting a really bad jip job for a pedicure (lady skimping on everything and then not even putting on top coat) I nicely said I would only pay $20 for regular pedicure instead of $25 for the deluxe she was supposed to do. What happened was I got insulted by the pedicurist, and then insulted again by the owner/manager. He told me to "Go to those place in Fort Wayne...those Beauty Schools if you no like it here". Then he told me to "Never come back!" All this and he didn't even bother to hear to my side of the story. Was just a total jerk to me! NEVER AGAIN!!
