Provided by YPmobileArt, the OIC, is incompetent and should not be trusted to handle mail. The brainiac refused to deliver a general delivery package because I included the street address. After I was notified the package was available for pick up and my husband made a trip into town, Art smugly informed him that the package had been returned because the addressee was unknown, even though his name, general delivery, and the town were clearly printed on the package. Now I have to wait for the package to be returned to send it back again. What a moron!
