Rating: POOR!!!! Their customer service is pretty much average. But their quality of work is extremely sub par... They are primarily geared towards large company's fleet repairs. Because large companies don't care about little dings and imperfections that you will notice every time you look at your vehicle, all large companies want is for their vehicles to looks acceptable. They are not interested in all the minor little things that might annoy you and I on our own personal vehicles. When you bring you car in for repairs you expect and deserve your car to be repaired to it's original condition, not something close or something acceptable. You want it done right. If you want your vehicle repaired correctly L&J is not the place to take it! Save yourself the aggravation and do more research and find someplace else.
