A great place to work and buy a new or used vehicle! I work for Kenly Ford and have personally bought five vehicles (which also makes me a customer). I also continue to service my 94 Ford F150 and have been very pleased with our service and parts department. I enjoy working amongst others that share similar values and genuinely care about their work quality and reputation. I could not be better surrounded by employees that I completely trust and have the utmost integrity. I briefly worked for two other Ford dealers where my experience was quite different and very glad I made the switch more than nine years ago!

Is not very happy with the Kenly Ford dealership!! My mother that is mentaly and physical disabled has got taken advantage of by the dealership along with a family member! I have tried countless times to talk with the General Manager but seems to busy to talk with me and can never find him. I was giving a certain time to talk with him and not there. Not here is all I get or he is at the other store( Chevy dealership). I call the Chevy dealership in Kenly and alI I get, he is at the Ford place. I have wasted my gas and time on this today.. My mother never received copy's of the paper work by Kenly Ford! This car is not my moms!! But her name is on it.. My mom receives a disability check and she don't live rich.. If this is such a good home local dealer, I think you would do the right thing by taking my mom off the loan or taking the car back and be a done deal. A lot of you in the town of Kenly should know my mom. Her name is Judy Lee. The deaf lady who use to ride a bicycle all the time. Was not happy with the staff there!! Would not recommended sending your mother or grandmother or any family there..My mother is deaf and was not offered any interpreter for the deaf and signed papers that had no clue what it was.. So my mom is suppose to pay for a car that is not hers..
