Have lived with Kenmore Development on two separate occasions. Once at the Ralston Elmwood Apartments and then later returning at the Delaware Park Apartments. Each time the apartment was spotless when I moved in (especially the bathroom and kitchen) and had fresh paint and the clean floors/carpet.

Service orders are addressed very quickly. Often the same day if I contacted the office in the morning. I never had to make a repeat request for a service concern. Grounds were well maintained year round and snow was plowed in timely manner during Winter.

Staff was attentive to my concerns the few times I had to call.

Terrible management company! Past the initial period when you visit the model unit, they are starting to treat you poorly. Units are dated, things break (in my case, windows didn't work properly, boiler broke down, to name a few issues).

They offer short leases but raise your rent by ridiculous amounts. To top it off (afar renting six years from them), they were very inflexible on the conditions to end the lease. They required a two-month deposit which I paid, but they rented my unit two weeks after. Brian, the manager,is not reliable and clearly lied to me. It's only when I insisted and threatened him of legal action that he admitted what was a 'mistake' in his own words.
