Provided by YP.comSalesman, Ben Tenesco made false warrantee promises, delivered a 2009 refurbished washer when a 2013 new "scratch & dent" special was ordered. The company supported his further stalling techniques, false claims and never made the situation right. The company also has at least 5 unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau and do not have accreditation with them because they do not meet their quality standards.
