Everyone there is super friendly & accomodating. They give the best manicures & pedicures I've had since moving here from CA. I've been going there for 2 years & never had to wait more than 5 minutes. One day when they were busy, one girl gave up her lunch hour to accomodate me.

My shellac lasts between 2 & 3 weeks without a chip. The only suggestion I would have would be to add a few more color choices to the shellacs. Perhaps purple, lilac or lavender.

I couldn't imagine being happier with their services.

The worst customer service! They messed up my Shellac pedicure, that cost an extra $10 over the regular pedi. It was hazy & wearing off the tips of my nails within a day. They would not refund my money. He said I was almost 1/2 way through the Shellac 14 day guarantee & they looked fine! This, after I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get the pedicure in the first place (was told the wait was about an hour). Run as far away as you can!!!!!!
