I would not use them again. They are very quick to show you how great the pools look the day they are completed. A true test would be to show a client two years after the pool is complete. I know we didn't spend $10,000 or $20,000 for a complete overhaul on our pool, but $5,000+ still should get us through two years. We spent extra money for the blue tint and it's our biggest regret. It is fading irregularly, creating spots and "burn" marks on the steps. Within the year warranty, Kevin did come out and "fix" our top step. Three weeks later, our pool guests had blue dye all over them and the step didn't look any better. Our polaris broke within the year warranty. Since Polaris only sells to distributors or dealers, I had to go through Kevin. He didn't answer or return any of our calls. I feel that once he got paid, he checked out.



In addition to our pool's deteriorating quality, a friend of ours (whom recommended them) had the same difficulty with discoloration and dealing with him. We had higher expectations from a Brother Martin Alum.

These guys are not fly by nighters, they were referred by a few of my friends. These guys get dirty and are actually out there working. I would not use anybody else and craftmanship today is undervalued by most. I wasn't falling for most other contractors marketing cookie cutter design and price. These guys are honest and you get what you pay for. I researched a lot about different companies and come to find out some companies have been in business for 20+ years but under 3-6 names that are all close together. Crystal Pools are the same company as they were for a friend of mine that had a pool built by them in '85. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made and this process went very smoothly!!! Thanks, guys!!!!

I built a new home and had lots of problems with the home contractor and subs. My pool went SMOOTHLY and was built in 4 weeks. It was built with great equipment and EXCELLENT supervision. They told me they only build around 20 pools a year and was worth the extra money to have somebody there to supervise. They even did their own plumbing and gave me their cell phone and home phone number. Talk about great service. A++++
