The problem with Gillette is this is the following,our check engine light came on one day so we brought it there . Diagnostics fee (was $89.00 ).The lady that answers the phone there is super nice ,however she neglected to tell us that the diagnostic fee would not be subtracted if the work is done,”which is common practice elsewhere”, but not always,some don’t charge any such fees.I didn’t ask so,we are out $89.00! Absolutely no chance of removal of the fee.Don’t expect transparency if you are considering Gillette! Not all bad so please read on.We went to Gillette because we had a bad experience with the service center where we originally purchased our car . They were very helpful,because of that we became loyal customers and returned to have work done.The quality of the work done was always good.We shall not return!

Best tire/mechanic shop I have ever dealt with! They have the best prices and always take the time to show and explain everything your vehicle needs. They also have a very friendly staff. I highly recommend Gillette Tires for all your vehicle needs...from tires,brakes,A/C work to front end parts..they do it all for a great price!!
