First off, don’t bother sending them a message through email or their site because they will never get back with you. Second, i called about a bike I was interested in and the guy Josh in sales told me its in their warehouse and not on the showroom floor. I told him I wanted to buy it and he said he would get back with me after verifying they did have it in their warehouse. He never called back. Wtf??? Are you selling bikes are NOT??? I ended up purchasing from a Baton Rouge dealer instead with a much better exp. Stay away from NOPS!! They are a joke!

I went to NOPS to buy a Yamaha...

I went to NOPS to buy a Yamaha Grizzly 660 4x4 in 2004. I purchased the special edition camo 4x4 with new rims and 589's with a 2500lb winch. My first problem was they didnt want to negotiate at all. They were $200.00 dollars higher than anyone else. I simple went there because they were local. The salesman was a rude. the owner was worse and the service well it wasnt even up to par. The owner ran the service department. I got my 4 wheeler and they tried to screw me with a warn 1500lbs winch I told them to take it off and call me when the new one came in. I finally got that. shortly after that my battery died on my bike after about a week and riding it once. I went to complain to the owner and he told me it wasnt his fault. I explained that I know the battery is bad that I jumped it off of another 4 wheeler and it ran then. he told me I was responisble for it and I told him he was wrong. I brought in a mechanic with me and he explained to him that by me jumping off of another 4 wheeler would not cause the battery to go bad in fact it was already bad. I dont get people and how they can run their business like they do. The owner puts a dealer reserve on all his bikes of $200.00. he is basically running it like a car dealership.

I strongly suggest not doing business with them. they have no service after the sale and are not customer friendly. I would try D&L or the bike shop in slidell is another great place.
