there is a free shuttle from the airport to this location. My fiancé & I arrived at approximately 9 am. We did stand in line for about an hour but that was only because there was only one representative working. Once it was our turn the Representative greeted us both kindly even though customers were giving her a hard time before us. She was one of the humblest, hardworking representatives you ever want to meet! Her attitude was Positive, she gave clear information regarding our vehicle rental and once she got all the information in the computer the rest was a quick and convenient. The vehicle she gave us was awesome! It was very sporty and great on Gas. We only put gas in the vehicle once in 5 days of driving it. The gas total was $27. I would recommend this Thrifty to anyone based on the Representatives Superb Customer service. Her name was Latisla and I sincerely hope the company values this woman's dedication to your company and her Job. She embodies Leader Qualities and is a Great Representation of what your company has to offer! We will be back, and we will be booking with your company in every city we visit from her on based on Latisla service :)

Rented from Thrifty at New Orleans Airport. She was so rude, snickering and chuckles as she told me I had to take the car insurance. I told her several times I did not need it or want it. She said I had to take it. After calling customer service at my hotel, they informed me I did not need to take the insurance. I had to go back to the airport, talk to a manager which was just as rude. She said she knows that lady and she would never do such a thing. Even though there was four of us that heard her. Never, ever will rent from thrifty again. So rude, obnoxious, but to let you know I did get the extra insurance takin off. Lost a day of vacation because I had to take care of it. Did not receive any compensation. Yes I just started to rent cars. I am a newbie who will never rent from thrifty car rental again.
