This company did an appraisal of my Jeep for a total loss claim with State Farm. They compared my 6 cylinder automatic transmission Wrangler with three 4 cylinder standard transmission Jeeps that were all Stock. This under appraisal has caused no end of trouble getting a fair settlement. When I hired my own appraiser the appraisal was almost double what theirs was. Both They and my appraiser have to now agree on a tie breaking appraisal and has stalled my settlement for 9 weeks. According to three separate appraisers I have called this is standard operating procedure for their relationship with State Farm Insurance. They regularly under appraise vehicles for State Farm in return for their business. I am making formal complaints with the Insurance Commisioner to review settlements paid using this policy. It is unfair to policy holders, and should be scrutinized by oversight at this point.
