I found out about CR through a business partner who uses them for his tech needs. They came highly recommended and how I see why. the technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. We have carried our computers on many occasions for service, always done in aspeedy order. Yesterday we carried my husband's laptop in because he was having a hard time getting in. Well he had a stroke several months ago which effected his memory. The employee there was very understanding and the patience she showed was amazing. I can,'t say enough good things about Steve and his staff.

I have taken my laptop and my cousins laptop to be repaired and I got great service. The repairs are quick!.....my roommate is taking her laptop there also.....based on my recommendation.

Horrible Experience!! DO NOT GET TRAPPED WITH THEM!!

I had a milk spill on my HP Laptop, well this accident happens when you have kids at home! My USB port and the touchpad were not working which he verified while we were giving the laptop. But seems like "Steve" did not mention it on the ticket he created. I asked him if he can fix it. He switches on my laptop and tells me that its not the problem with the Motherboard because had it been, the system would not have booted/started at all. He said, that they just need to clean the milk spill and would call if anything else is required. So I got a call that there was a wire that needed replacement. Of course I agreed. When I pick my laptop I pay 200.56USD for cleaning and replacing of a wire. When I check my laptop, the USB drives are not working. I call them and talk to "Shaun" He says come over to the shop and give it for checking and repairing. SO I go over there. Now Steve says my laptop was not even booting, and that USB issue was not in the contract. We are so shocked at this kind of the service!! Steve denies everything. Well I wasted my 200 Dollars on poor service and short term memory issue of the service guy. I am never going back there and my advice is if you go there, make sure you get them document each and every thing, no matter how petty or small the issue is. Better be safe than sorry.

Great service and extremely pleasant to work with. They came to my house and repaired my computer that wouldn't start up. The technician fixed the issue quickly along with other problems I was having. He took the time to explain what he was doing so I don't make the same mistake again. Everything was completed within the hour and the price was very reasonable versus other companies I have used in the past. They are now my go to computer company.

Wonderful Service and Staff. I'm not a computer expert but I know enough to keep someone honest. Computer Renaissance people are on top of their game. They know what they are doing, they are honest with their customers, their value and service are exceptional. I would give this company a 5 plus star rating with the top score being 5. Terrific service work in a friendly atmosphere. It's been a while since I needed computer help and I have always been somewhat intimated with computer technicians that seemed to always talk down to you. So when a friend suggested Computer Renaissance I was very surprised at the friendly nature of all the employees. They listened to me and explained everything. They were very helpful and courteous. Even one of the customers in the store was talking about how they enjoyed working with Computer Renaissance. As an added plus the service was fast and reasonable and the manager took the extra effort to explain how to connect all my cables. I will never hesitate to use their services again. Computer Renaissance makes it happen. I only need a simple repair because I couldn't get on the internet. Other places wouldn't listen to what I needed. All they cared about is collecting a diagnostic fee. Computer Renaissance not only listened but they explained the process and actually completed the repair within a couple of hours at a price that was surprisingly cheap. Save yourself the aggravation of checking around and go to a honest company that won't take advantage of you. Computer Renaissance made my day!!!

Best ever customer service experience. I have never taken my laptop for service. I called around and received some really scary comments. Then I talked to my neighbor who recommended Computer Renaissance. I called and they were helpful and courteous. When I went to the store they looked at my problem and took the time to explain everything...really nice staff. I give them a high rating and recommend them as a company you can trust.

Great Experience with a Quality Company. My laptop was having all types of issues. Other repair companies told me the worst. One even said it wasn't repairable. Computer Renaissance found the issue with a $80 repair. I was prepared to pay $300 but they were honest and treated me with respect. I will never take my computer any where but Computer Renaissance. 10 Stars for these guys and gals!!

Absolutely the best computer place in the USA. I have worked with the team at Computer Renaissance before and I absolutely love these guys. They really work for the customer. I recently thought I had viruses on my computer but they called me back and said it wasn't viruses it was overheating. It was a $30 fix and they cleaned my computer for no charge. Computer Renaissance is the model small business and I highly recommend their service and products.

Helpful, affordable and friendly....wonderful attributes for a service oriented business. I had computer work completed at their store and they could have easily taken advantage of me but they were honest and fixed the issue the same day and only charged me $20. I can't say enough nice things about Computer Renaissance and the nice people that make the place run. Highly recommend!!!

Best Value, Best Service, Best Everything. I had a nasty virus on my notebook. Other places priced virus removal over $200, Best Buy $300. Computer Renaissance charged me $70 and my computer runs better than it did brand new. Plus, the staff is so friendly. They made my day. Tell your friends and neighbors about this place...they are terrific.

Computer Super Heroes...Computer Renaissance is the model small business and everyone needs to be supporting these guys and gals. I don't know what I would do if they weren't around to fix my computers and answer my questions. They are honest and fair with their pricing. There service is first rate...second to no one. These Guys ROCK !!! I was working on a big contract and my computer crashed. A person sitting next to me suggested Computer Renaissance so I followed his advice.
