Provided by YPmobileI am a satellite installer. I have in the past bought thousands of dollars worth of equipment for my customers. They continuously brag about how great their products are. However when you call them about an issue, they never admit that their product is malfunctioning or bad. They continuosly say " no... this is the first time we've ever had an issue like this" which when I speak with their other customers, the say that they had the exact same problem with the same product. I have discussed things with the owner Tim and he says the same thing. Then weeks later they put out some sort of software upgrades that supposedly fixes the issue which in most cases it screws up the equipment even more. I don't trust anything that comes out of their mouth. Their warranty service is even worst. They keep trying to charge $25 for "no problem found regardless of whether they fix an item or not. Don't waste your money on their junk. I am now purchasing from another company and have had very little problems. They take responsibility if their products are defective and give me NO hassle. And their prices are so much better and they actually ship on time.
I will never buy or use ANY DMS products in the future because I will not make money when I have to drive all the way back to a customers house to replace something free and afterward get hassled by them because they dont take responsibility for the items they sell. And my customer get upset too.
