they are thieves. first month in new rental, they had wrong address on contract so it was very difficult and time consuming to find a cable/internet service. upon ending the lease, they failed to do a walk thru with me. they are now charging me over 1000.00 to clean, replace 3 blinds, and clean carpet. ironically, the condition of the house should be acceptable...especially if you could see the condition of the house I just moved into from them. don't expect to get any of your deposit back. they already get money from the owners, charge them to take care of the house and then charge the rentors for the same thing. yes, I rented from them again but this was before I knew the thieves that they are. my lawyer has pics of the house I moved out of. its just a crazy mess.
