I have never been so disappointed. After installing the floor, within a week we developed an oily film NOTHING will clean. It reappears approximately 24 hours of cleaning it. We contacted the manufacturer who had no idea how to clean it, we tried every option and/or cleaning they recommended. After several complaints an inspector came out to examine the floor. He was a JOKE!!!! He barely addressed the oily film and the report was based on a few scratches around my kitchen table, but commented we did have felt pieces on the furniture. He told us the only cleaner to get rid of the oily film was industrial and could not be purchased at our local brick and mortar stores, leaving the only way to clean is on my hands and knees every other day. After three years of fighting, a ton of money poured down the drain and chronic back and feet health issues, I AM STUCK WITH THIS FLOORING.
