We have had LOUD Security System in our restaurant since the day we opened. LOUD worked with us to make sure we had the correct systems in place to protect our new investment, employees and customers. Whenever we have had questions or needed to add additional security to our store, LOUD has provided outstanding customer service at an affordable price. I would highly recommend LOUD Security for your business or residential home!

Had nothing but problems with Loud Security, and the worst part is, as much as you complain and attempt to get problems remedied, the more you get ignored. I purchased a System with Loud, paid for installation and monitoring for years and had multiple problems. For the last month my wired smoke detectors continue to go off in the middle of the night. I have spoken to "Technicians, Managers even emailed the owner of the company, and gotten no where. I paid thousands of dollars to a company to secure my house, and they have no interest in honoring their part of the contract. It has been weeks since I have requested calls from the owner and managers..... Nothing. I am sure one of their competitors will be happy to fix their faulty equipment and incompetent service. You have plenty of options for Security Systems in Atlanta. Use someone who will actually protect your home.

After being a customer with another monitoring service, LOUD security gave me a breath of fresh air when it came to home security. Laura, the sales rep was very knowledgeable in all the systems available and the different options we had because of having a system prior to her visit. We went with just switching the monitoring over to LOUD. The technician that came out was also a great asset to LOUD. He answered all the questions we had and didn't hesitate to reach out if we were confused. I strongly suggest LOUD to all new and returning customers, they are outstanding in customer service.
