Let's see..What should I write first about my terrible experience today? (Only 4 people in restaurant during my visit)



1. Ordered at 5:45. At 5:57 I went to the front counter to ask about my and my boyfriend's order of 4 McDoubles and 2 medium fries. The girl at the counter walked around aimlessly and said "Oh, your burgers are right here." They must have been there for a while considering I ordered 12 minutes ago. When I got the burgers, I stood there waiting for the fries, which I assumed was what the girl was going to get. She walks back to me after about 3 minutes and says "Your fries will be out in about 5 minutes, we just put in a new batch." Um no, I'm not going to wait for my fries because you've had 20 freaking minutes to get them ready. We did not receive our fries until said time and even then, she put them on a tray on the counter and walked away. We didn't ever get a "Hey here's your fries, sorry for your wait." She just plopped them on the tray and walked away.



2. When I walked up to the counter to check on our order, I saw the guy working the drive-thru chomping on ice. Now that begs the question, "Did he take it from someone's cup??"



3. As soon as we walked in to place our order, there was one man in front of us in line placing his order to the one register that was open. Then comes in a group of teens that seemed to be pretty friendly with the people who were working. I assume that they work there as well. I am still waiting in line when one of the guys starts banging on the counter. A girl walks up and takes their order from another register while WE ARE STILL WAITING IN LINE.



4. Ketchup ALL OVER the drink counter and no ketchup cups.



Needless to say, you lost my business and I hope many more decide not to go to this McDonalds location.

I ate here for lunch today, my...

I ate here for lunch today, my whole office actually, and the food was horrible. Not one person could say the food was good. The fries tasted a day old, nothing was good. I'm very dissappointed as we look forward to our Friday lunch eating out. We assumed a brand new restaurant, would have great food. It being lunch time, we figured everything would be fresh....WRONG! Probably won't be going back to this location.
