BEWARE of this cleaners! These people are very unprofessional & fraudulent! I used their services for the 1st time last week & upon returning to pick up my clothes I notice they damaged my skirt. I immediately went back in the store to bring it to their attention. The lady there said she would notify the owner & get back to me(this was a Wed.). I didn't receive any phone calls from & went to the store on Mon. to get an update. The lady told me that according to their policy I could only get store credit!... UNACCEPTABLE!



I let her know that they damages my skirt & demanded a refund for half the price it cost. I even brought in a picture of how the skirt looked prior to bringing it to the cleaners. The lady even tried to imply that I was lying b/c I spotted the damage as soon as I place the skirt in my car. They're still refusing to take accountability & compensate me for their carelessness.



Take my advise & NEVER use this cleaners!! They're way too expensive & provide subpar services, not mention total lack of customer service!



Wish I good give negative stars!
