Installed our shower pan incorrectly/did not properly seal around it. This caused leaking through floors down to basement. It took weeks before getting the job completed. After taking off of work for a full day to meet workers to fix the issue, they showed up with nothing. No materials/tile/anything to fix the job. Had to "reschedule". Ended up having to take 3 more days off of work in order to be home for the appt. They left without putting the shower door back on. The owner would not respond to any calls & refused to answer when workers left. The lady in the office was very responsive and courteous, but the owner & his lack of response and inability to complete the job were absolutely ridiculous.
