Great food and great service

I love Papi's. Before the Kennesaw location opened I used to go to the one in midtown. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. My husband had a problem with a dish he once ordered. It was not handled to our satisfaction by tbd staff. I came home and wrote a complaint to the owner and within a day I received a reply with an apology and was told that next time we went in to take his email with us for a free dish. That is great customer service.

nasty time with the manager

i was a few days a go with other friend, and i ordered palomila steak, good flavor, but it was cold, i call the manager for change my steak, and he go to the kitchen to talk with other lady, and he put his finger on top of my steak, when she reheat my steak, he go there to pick up it and put his finger again on my steak, then he came to my table and said i'm sorry ladys, i hope that this steak is heat now....

he think that i'm going to eat that meat with his finger for everywhere.... i'm sorry but if you go there never talk to the manager for heat any food...

for me that was a nasty time.... but the way....the sandwich of my friend, was amazing, but the bread that came with my dish was cold and without butter

"Horrible Experience!!!!!"

- we go to papis grill every saturday, and last saturday was an extreme disappointment. Please do not go to this place if you have parties over 6. our waitress (this guy is a mexican, colombian, or latin) informed us they can not pull tables together, so good luck if you want to seat 6 or more together. we have to call the manager for fix this problem..... now you must like everything you order, because management will not allow you to swap entries without paying for what you don't like and paying for a new dish. I say this to perhaps keep your "manager" Sergio from being abrasive to someone else. Things may be lost in translation , but is up to the individual whose native language is not english to be more sensitive in how they word things. Thank you for allowing me the platform to express myself.

Best Cuban Sandwich I ever had!

A friend told me about this place & I had to try it. I just went this past Saturday 9/12/09 and had the Classic Cuban Sandwich and some fries. It was so good I got one to take home.

I sat on the patio and the server took my order & was very friendly & attentive. He was very pleasant and also recommended that I try the steak sandwhich next time I visit, which sounded even better than the cuban sandwich.

There was a large table of drinkers making a lot of noise but other than that it was a teriffic dinning expierience. It was a lot better when they left.

I really objected that some of the customers from the large party walked just on the other side of the patio gate to smoke which was just beside my table. They need to make all smokers move to the other side of the building to do their smoking so they don't blow their second hand smoke at the other cutomers when they are eating.

I highly recommend eating here. It's not a fancy place but I sat on the patio and it was perfectly enjoyable to me.

I will go again as soon as I can. In fact I wish I had a cuban sandwhich right now.
