I was very disappointed with the way that this company handled my mothers death. They were understaffed so the last days of my mothers death we were pretty much left to handle it alone. I was under the impression that we would have someone with us during the last hours. Not only were we alone with mother's passing but they never showed up at the funeral home. Most everyone I have ever spoke with that has dealt with hospice had someone with them during there loved ones last hours around the clock. I felt as though we were abandoned. Would not recommend using this company. I regret not researching more.
