Called this evening and was told I did not need an appointment and to come on in. Arrived 20 minutes before closing, two stylist there, and one had a customer. Stylist came to the desk, told her I just called, and she said "oh yea, she just told me about you but they close in 20 minutes so it is too late tonight". They could have told me it would be too late and I could have gone somewhere else. Very unhappy. They told me to come in and then would not give me a haircut.

I've been getting my haircut by Jennifer, the manager, for almost 2 years now. She has never given me a bad haircut. Always a happy customer when I leave!
